Origin

A cup that could only grow here

In the Himalayan foothills and highland slopes of Northeast India — across Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, and Tripura — organic coffee ripens slowly under forest shade, wrapped in mist, tended with traditional organic practices.

Smallholder and tribal farming families tend these gardens on a few thousand hectares — without synthetic or chemical fertilizers. Volumes are modest by design. What grows here is not a commodity crop. It is organic highland coffee with a character you will not find in the Western Ghats: wild citrus, black tea, honey, and a long, clean finish.

NorthEast Coffee exists to bring that cup forward — organic, shade-grown, carefully processed, roasted with restraint — so the hills can be tasted as they are: pure and natural.
