Who we are

NorthEast Coffee (“we”) operates this website to share our origin story and receive enquiries about coffee grown in the hills of Northeast India. Contact: hello@northeastcoffee.in.

What we collect

If you submit the contact or enquiry form, we receive the name, email, optional phone number, product interest, and message you provide. We do not require an account. We do not sell personal data.

How we use it

We use enquiry details only to reply, to understand demand for upcoming lots, and to keep a record of correspondence. Forms are processed by Web3Forms and then emailed to us.

Cookies and local storage

This site stores your theme (light or dark) and language preference in your browser so the next visit feels the same. These are not advertising cookies and are not used to track you across other sites.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Firebase Hosting. Server logs typical of any host (such as IP address and user agent) may be processed to keep the site available and secure.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry emails as long as needed to complete the conversation and any related order planning, then delete them on request. You may ask to access, correct, or erase the information you sent by writing to hello@northeastcoffee.in. Visitors in India may also use rights available under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

This site is intended for adults enquiring about coffee. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after an update means you have read the new text.
